Silane coated ATH for upgraded formula of FR compounds

As an environment-friendly and inorganic flame retardant filler, aluminum hydroxide is one of the most popular products for FR compounds of widely industries. However, the large volume of addition(40%-60%) makes the mechanical property(tensile strength, elongation etc) of FR compounds reduced a lot. 

Silane coated ATH is one of the best way to improve the processability, then increase the mechanical property. After silane coated, the dispersibility of ATH is better and mixing even with EVA, PP, PE, PVC etc. At the same time, it helps to increase the mobility and production efficiency.
