PP Flame Retardant Master Batch

PP flame retardant master batch are mainly made by polypropylene or other carrier resins, flame retardannts, antioxidants, lubricants and other additives, then produced by twin screw mixing, extrusion, granulation and get the columnar or granular master batch finally.

Differneces of composition, grade and performance etc of flame retardants affect big differences of the master batch.

When mixing with polyethylene for production of other materials, the dispersity, mobility, compatibility with resin, thermal stability and weather resistance properties of PP flame retardant master batch are better than to use flame retardants only.

At the same time, the performance of finally products are much better also.
