Flake magnesium oxide

Flake magnesium hydroxide can be used as an additive flame retardant, the carbonisation method, i.e. magnesite or dolomite as raw material, calcined, digested, de-mixed, carbonised and precipitated to produce the product. With dolomite as raw material, ammonia as precipitant and adding surface modifier cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, hydrothermal production of rhombic surface lamellar magnesium hydroxide, the method of magnesium, calcium separation degree is higher, magnesium extraction rate of 90.02%, product yield of 88.21%; precipitation method to magnesite or dolomite as raw material, calcination, leaching, de-hybridization, precipitation of the product. With dolomite as raw material, leaching with hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid successively, adding homemade complex precipitant and surface modifier polyethylene glycol can produce the product, the yield is 85.20%. The acid digestion method uses a variety of magnesium-containing minerals as raw materials, and the product is produced by acid digestion, decontamination and precipitation. Dolomite is used as raw material, acidified by hydrochloric acid, de-hybridised and precipitated by dolomitic lime milk with a product purity of 98%, where dolomitic lime milk is prepared by calcined digestion of dolomite.75
