Improved Package Of 1.8 Um Aluminum Hydroxide

As an aluminum hydroxide manufacturer, improvement is the best and effective way for sustainable developments. If the first basis of business is product, the improvement details of itself is most important.

In past 2 years, we packed 0.8 mt(32 bags and 25kg/bag) of 1.8 um aluminum hydroxide on each pallet(1.1m*1.1m) and loaded 16mt(20 pallets and 0.8mt/pallet) of each 20ft container for exports.

With the slight adjustment of production process and conditions after many times, the bulk density is higher again. So we can pack 0.9mt(36 bags and 25kg/bag) on 1 pallet and load 18 mt of 20ft container. 

From we loaded 12~14 mt only at the beginning to load 18 mt until now, it is big differences of unit price no matter to quote FOB or CIF. It helps to save many cost on transportation, especially on ocean freight.
