Development And Upgrading Of Alumina Materials (Calcined Aluminum Oxide).

There are many technical specifications that can affect the application of alumina, including particle size (particle size distribution), chemical composition, density, conversion rate (alpha alumina content), crystal phase and original crystal size, etc...

Recently, based on the calcined aluminum oxide used in the production of brake pads by one of our customers, we have researched and improved the particle size and particle size distribution of alumina together with the laboratory, and prepared new samples for production and road testing. 

The use of different thicknesses of alumina in the ratio of the material can make the material better in the production of the brake pads, and the wear resistance of the alumina itself can be used to better and effectively improve the braking performance.
