The production process of alumina industrial ceramics

Alumina industrial ceramics finishing is the preparation of powder, this preparation method molding rate is high, high efficiency, product success rate is also higher. The organic binder should be mixed evenly with the aluminium oxide powder at a temperature of 150-200°C to facilitate the moulding operation. In the case of hot press moulding, no binder needs to be added to the powder material. If semi-automatic or fully automatic dry pressing is used, there are special process requirements for the powder, which require the use of spray granulation for the powder. The finished alumina industrial ceramics have a rounded spherical shape, which also facilitates the flow of the powder to automatically fill the mould walls during the moulding process.
