When the current is too large, the material heats up, and then the plate crystal structure of high-purity alumina or boehmite coating material will expand in volume, it will close the current conduction hole on the lithium battery diaphragm, thus playing a role in blocking the current, when the temperature drops, the volume of the material will contract, then the current conduction hole on the diaphragm will reopen, using the special physical and chemical properties of the material, can The use of the special physical and chemical properties of the material can greatly improve the safety of lithium batteries, thus providing the possibility of high power lithium batteries with high energy ampacity and safe and reliable charging and discharging.


2) High-purity alumina or boehmite material also has very good thermal conductivity, so that when the battery temperature is too high, this material can conduct heat very well, thus solving the problem of poor thermal conductivity of PP/PE material.
