Production of ATH by carbon separation.

The first step:

In a water bath, take a certain amount of sodium hydroxide and dissolve it in distilled water. After all the sodium hydroxide is dissolved, then take the aluminum hydroxide and dissolve it in the sodium hydroxide solution. The caustic ratio (the molar ratio of NaOH and Al(OH) 3 substances) should not be too high.

The second step:

100ml sodium metaluminate solution prepared by carbon precipitation of aluminum hydroxide powder was put into a plastic beaker, which was kept at a constant temperature in a water bath.

CO 2 was passed into sodium metaluminate solution, and the carbon separation reaction was carried out by controlling the ventilation rate, decomposition temperature and pH value of CO 2. The white precipitates produced by the reaction are filtered, dried and crushed to obtain aluminum hydroxide powder. The plastic beaker was placed in an ultrasonic cleaner and passed into CO 2. The carbon separation reaction was carried out by controlling the ventilation rate, decomposition temperature, pH value and ultrasonic power of CO 2. The obtained precipitation is filtered, dried and crushed to obtain aluminum hydroxide powder.
