Polishing introduction

At present, the basic requirements for polishing liquid are: good fluidity, good suspension performance, not easy to precipitate and agglomerate, easy to clean, low residue, high polishing efficiency, good surface quality, no scratches, etc.

For alumina materials, the hardness will increase the polishing efficiency, but it will cause certain damage to the surface; on the contrary, the hardness is too small will cause the friction and interface interaction to decrease, which will reduce the polishing efficiency.

For glass polishing, the polishing powder of the same composition has strong cutting force with a large average particle size and low flatness of the polished surface. The average particle size is small and the cutting force is weak, and the polished surface is low in flatness.
