Hydrogenation protection catalyst

AM-FC-105/106 is a Hydrogenation protection catalyst, they have high pore rate, large pores, suitable ratio surface area and catalytic activity. For various hydrogenation reactors, effectively remove the metal impurities and solid particles in oil products, and moderate hydrogenation of the scorching substances in the raw materials to slow down the poisoning and coke of the catalyst and extend the service life of the main catalyst.

New Type Guard Catalyst performance, mainly lies in activity, selectivity and stability. These properties are determined by the catalyst itself, but are in turn limited by the specific process conditions of hydrorefining. Under the right process conditions, a catalyst with high activity can reduce reactor inlet temperatures or increase process throughput, a catalyst with high selectivity can reduce hydrogen consumption and low carbon gas fraction, and a catalyst with high stability can extend the operating cycle or process poorer quality feedstocks.
