High Whiteness ATH with low oil absorption

ATH is the flame retardant filler of solid surface production, especially high whiteness ATH. More than 90% solid surface products are white color all over the worlds.

China is offering more than 90% high whiteness ATH to solid surface manufacturers and the main supplier is Chalco.

L a b of ATH(after DOP oiled) especially b value is important and regular requirement is lower than 1.6. If higher, the solid surface shows yellow and unqualified.

Oil absorption means viscosity. If viscosity is high, the mixing with resin is difficult and production efficiency is low, then makes the cost increasing.

As ATH mannufacturer, they have to focus on whiteness, oil absoprtion, L a b, black spots etc.
