Applicable field 1 - Air Separation


Separation of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, krypton and other rare gases from air, the preparation methods include PSA pressure swing adsorption method, low temperature distillation method, etc. The use of molecular sieves can effectively remove moisture, carbon dioxide and other small molecular impurities in these gases, so as to meet the use requirements of commercial gases.


Molecular sieves are widely used in air purifiers of cryogenic air separation units. Applicable field 2 - Natural Gas


Untreated natural gas generally contains carbon dioxide, water, hydrogen sulfide, organic sulfur and other impurities. At the same time, moisture can react with other gases in natural gas such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. If the moisture in natural gas is not removed in time, the natural gas pipeline will be severely corroded. In order to meet the needs of liquefaction, gathering and transportation, cryogenic separation and other processes, these impurities need to be purified by molecular sieves before they can reach the standard of commercial natural gas.


After the natural gas is dehydrated, the dew point of the natural gas is greatly reduced, which can also prevent the water in the natural gas from freezing and clogging the pipeline during the liquefaction process of the natural gas.


Molecular sieves are widely used in deep drying and purification of natural gas. The use of molecular sieves for deep dehydration and drying of natural gas is the most widely used and the most mature method. The dry air in the regeneration air storage cylinder passes through the desiccant cylinder in the reverse direction, and the moisture adsorbed on the surface of the molecular sieve is taken away and discharged, and the activation and regeneration of the molecular sieve can be realized.
