The effect of 4N grade high purity superfine alumina on fluorescent powder:
1.4N grade high purity superfine alumina reflects the ultraviolet light that passes through the fluorescent powder layer, so that it continues to excite the fluorescent powder, and improves the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent lamp.
2.4N grade high purity superfine alumina serves as a barrier layer for mercury diffusion, which can reduce the amount of mercury to a minimum and extend the life of the lamp.
3.4N grade high purity superfine alumina as a binder can improve the bonding strength between the fluorescent powder and the glass tube, so that the fluorescent powder does not fall off.
Instructions:
1. Use 4N grade high purity superfine alumina protective film to produce fluorescent lamps. First, coat the inner side of the glass tube with a pure alumina protective film, the coating thickness is about 3-5μm.
2. In order to improve the bonding force of the fluorescent powder layer, 4N grade high purity superfine alumina is usually added to the fluorescent powder slurry, and the quality is 2-5% of the fluorescent powder.
