Surface Treated Aluminum Hydroxide For Better Mobility and releasability

We developed surface treated ATH based on customer's inquiry to improve their productions.

1) Stable quality of ATH like particle size distribution, viscosity, density, crystal form etc.

2) Stable quality of modifying agent and processing technology.

3) Better roll and mold releasability of silicone rubber productions.

After more discussion with customer and got clear details of their productions, we decided to choose stearic acid as the modifying agent.

During lab steps, we made different additive proportions to compare the increased performance of ATH itself. Customer tested all samples and feedback to us, found out the best one.

Based on the feedback, we made several lots of samples for customer's production testings to check the stability of ATH, to check the status of production, to check the property of silicone rubber finally.

After the production testing approved, we made mass production to check our processing technology of ATH and supplied to customer for their regular production.
