Brief introduction:
Alumina polishing powder is mainly composed of -Al2O3, and contains dispersant, suspending agent, lubricant, emulsifier and other auxiliary ingredients, widely used in machine preparation, optical processing, jewelry processing, automobile repair and maintenance and other fields.

Crystal hardness:
The calcination temperature for the preparation of alumina polishing powder should be high, generally above 1600, so as to ensure the product has a good hardness.
Single crystal size and shape:
The size of single crystal determines the thickness of the grain on the surface of the polished product. Round or elliptic crystals are easy to throw black bright light, diamond crystals are easy to throw yellow and white light, and flake or flocculent crystals are not easy to give out light due to poor grinding force.
Average particle size and distribution: Different polishing processes are determined by average particle size. Generally, 20 -- 45 m is used in rough polishing process, 4 -- 20 m, medium polishing process, 1 -- 4 m is used in fine polishing process, and less than 1 m is used in mirror polishing. The narrower the particle size distribution, the higher the polishing efficiency.
