High precision polishing fluid with alumina has high purity, good fluidity, uniform grain size, stable shrinkage, good wear resistance, stable thermal performance, good electrical insulation and other excellent properties. 

Alumina polishing liquid is an abrasive used in metallographic polishing. In fact, it does more than that. It also removes surface deformation layers that are invisible to the naked eye, especially when examining or evaluating samples using high magnification objectives, polarized light, differential interference or EBSD techniques. For some laboratories preparing metallographic samples such as cast iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, polymers, minerals, microelectronics, precious metals, etc., alumina polishing liquid is an essential abrasive. When we use this polishing liquid, it can quickly remove material through pure mechanical polishing and achieve a good surface finish. If other types of polishing liquids are used, such as silica gel polishing liquids with weak alkaline, a reaction layer must be formed on the surface of the material by chemical/mechanical polishing methods. Although a high-quality surface can also be obtained by removing the reaction layer with soft silica gel, it is undoubtedly a lot more troublesome in the process.
